Due to the nature of our hygenic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact us at customercare@galetteskin.com with any issues regarding your products within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item itself was received defective, damaged or if you've receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photographs or any resource to our contact option below and we will respond within 24-72 business hours.

Refunds
If a refund has been granted due to certain circumstances, please note that it may take up to 10 business days for processing and will appear in accordance to your financial institution.
